Over more than 20 years the members of the ICF have worked to excite students to the challenge of a career in management and to show them that the key skills required can be found and practised now. In the process understanding between business and education is increased.

Please note that the ICF fundamentally changed its mode of operation in 2005. We no longer directly deliver "challenge conferences" but we work to promote activity in schools and colleges by providing advice and intellectual capital. We are particularly glad to be able to support events now being organised by Challenge Training Partners and others.
