HELP FROM THE ICF

Personal Assistance and Consultation

The statutory requirements can be quite daunting. You will find a summary on this website but you might like one of us to come and see you to discuss the possibilities of:
  • Helping you in your own schemes.
  • Suggesting ways in which you might get help from outside.

Financial assistance

A lot of financial assistance is available from public sources. Do investigate these thoroughly. However we might be willing to respond to requests for financial help for a specific event with the following conditions:
  • You have not worked with either the ICF or the CTP before.
  • The school or college must show that they have exhausted any further possibility of public or private funding.
  • The maximum funding offered would be £1000 per conference in the first year leading to £500 in the second year and £250 in the third year.. This phased offer of funding will emphasise that the event supported will be a start to a programme of events in further years.
  • The proposed event or conference meets the aims and philosophy of the ICF as stated elsewhere on this website.
  • A written report-back must be sent to the ICF, after the event has taken place, describing the success or otherwise of the conference.

Application must be made by letter to the ICF describing how the school or college meets these conditions. An outline budget should be attached to indicate how the costs of the event will be met.

Case study material

We have built over the years a considerable amount of case studies and exercises to use in this field. We are willing for these to be used with our advice.
